I have been coming for venesection for a long time, three or four years. It usually goes quite smoothly at the time I came 4.00pm to 5.00pm. Carried out quite quickly and efficiently. I have had some poorer experiences, but they were some time ago.
When I arrange the next appointment when I am these, it goes well but phoning to do it for some difficulty, promises to phone back that does not happen etc.

Well treated by all staff, could not do enough for me. You cannot improve on perfection.
